Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures specific to the automotive sector.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ALFAHIM’s automotive operations adhere to all relevant laws and standards.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and gaps.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters and best practices.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities as required by law.
• Collaborate with various departments to embed a strong culture of compliance within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant local and international automotive regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
• A proactive approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks.
