Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Support internal and external audit processes and ensure data integrity.
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as an Accountant, ideally within a cooperative or the food industry.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices (Lux GAAP knowledge is a strong asset).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
