Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg accounting standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Support internal and external audit processes and ensure data integrity.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience as an Accountant, ideally within a cooperative or the food industry.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices (Lux GAAP knowledge is a strong asset).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
