Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients comprehensively on real estate purchase and sale processes.
- Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure effective listing promotion.
- Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations.
- Support clients from initial contact through to the final signing of contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Luxembourg real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
- Proficiency in French and/or Luxembourgish is highly beneficial.
