Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients comprehensively on real estate purchase and sale processes.
  • Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure effective listing promotion.
  • Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations.
  • Support clients from initial contact through to the final signing of contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Luxembourg real estate market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
  • Proficiency in French and/or Luxembourgish is highly beneficial.
