Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and support on diverse corporate and operational matters.
• Analyze legal risks, propose strategic solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes relevant to the company’s activities.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings or external negotiations when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments on all legal issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law (Licence en Droit or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Proven significant experience as a Legal Advisor or Attorney, preferably within a corporate environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Luxembourgish and European law, particularly in telecom or postal sectors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and legal drafting skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple cases, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in French, German, and English is essential; Luxembourgish is a strong asset.
