Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects in the Oil & Gas sector. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee site operations, resource allocation, and contractor management. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior construction management role within the Oil & Gas industry. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and relevant industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex projects and large teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience working in Oman or the GCC region is preferred.
