Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all civil construction activities on projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and all internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement efficient construction methodologies and proactively resolve on-site challenges.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience as a Construction Manager in civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools for planning and tracking.
- A relevant engineering degree is highly preferred to support technical oversight.
