Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from initiation to closeout.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Implement and enforce robust health, safety, and environmental protocols on site.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a focus on electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, local regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
