Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report on project progress, issues, and risks.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Review and approve materials, methods, and work procedures as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards on site.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site construction challenges.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in construction supervision or site management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in project management software and relevant technical tools is an advantage.
