Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic structuring, debt advisory, and bid support for M&A and PPPs.
• Perform real-time asset valuations for portfolios in BESS, Hydrogen, and Energy Transition.
• Develop audit-grade financial models adhering to the FAST standard.
• Conduct comprehensive model audits, trusted by leading global lenders.
• Ensure commercial strategies are robust and withstand lender scrutiny.
• Work with senior-led teams to deliver high-speed project finance solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Consultant or in a similar role within project finance advisory.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, transaction advisory, valuations, and model audit.
• In-depth knowledge of Renewables & Energy Transition, Infrastructure, and Utilities sectors.
• Ability to work in a demanding, global-first, and senior-led execution environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail for institutional-grade rigor.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
