Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative patient assessments and formulate individualized anesthesia plans.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, maintain anesthesia levels, and manage complications during surgery.
• Oversee post-operative recovery and administer appropriate pain management.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams, nurses, and other medical specialists.
• Ensure strict adherence to JCI standards and international best practices in patient safety and care.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD) or equivalent and completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Valid professional license to practice as an Anesthesiologist in the United Arab Emirates.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience as a Consultant or Specialist Anesthesiologist.
• Board certification or equivalent specialist qualification in Anesthesiology.
• Demonstrated expertise in various anesthesia techniques and critical care management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, high-pressure clinical environment.
