Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from tender support to close-out.
- Negotiate and finalize contractual terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure strict compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks and liabilities.
- Administer contract changes, variations, and claims effectively.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to achieve project objectives within contract parameters.
Requirements
- Solid experience in contract management, preferably within the energy or heavy industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of FIDIC or other international contract forms.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex contractual documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
