Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle from tender support to close-out.
  • Negotiate and finalize contractual terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks and liabilities.
  • Administer contract changes, variations, and claims effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to achieve project objectives within contract parameters.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in contract management, preferably within the energy or heavy industrial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of FIDIC or other international contract forms.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex contractual documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
