Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from preparation to close-out.
- Ensure all contractual terms and conditions are met and adhered to.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding contract matters.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive contract records and documentation.
- Assist in contract negotiation, review, and dispute resolution processes.
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in contracts administration, preferably within the geo-data, construction, or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
