Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and communication with program partners.
  • Manage participant records, invitations, registrations, and feedback.
  • Handle speaker clearance requirements and coordinate faculty meetings.
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications on collaterals and microsite development.
  • Track budget utilization and develop internal financial reports.
  • Schedule meetings, manage travel logistics, and prepare documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting executive level professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and professional demeanor.
