Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Emirati talent.
- Assist in coordinating and implementing talent development programs.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all Emirati talent initiatives.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external educational partners.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for Emirati colleagues.
- Help ensure compliance with local regulations and policies related to national talent development.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive and work effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for talent development and Emiratisation initiatives.
- Must be a UAE National.
