Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Track project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Support the implementation and adherence to PMO processes and standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

- Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
