Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of environmental and sustainability strategies at a country level.
- Coordinate country-specific initiatives for effective environmental risk management and mitigation.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability performance and reporting.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and internal policies.
- Drive awareness and education programs on sustainable practices within the organization.
- Report on the progress and impact of sustainability programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in environmental management or sustainability roles, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage initiatives across a country.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in report writing.
