Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement country-level business strategies, growth plans, and long-term objectives for insurance and investment operations.
• Identify new market opportunities, expand distribution channels, and establish partnerships with insurers, banks, investors, brokers, and financial institutions.
• Oversee insurance product distribution, policy acquisition, renewals, claims coordination, and customer relationship management.
• Manage country budgets, financial forecasts, revenue generation, cost optimization, and profitability targets.
• Lead and develop country management, sales, investment, insurance, and operational teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business strategy, country operations, financial performance management, and commercial growth.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, investment services, financial markets, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships, manage budgets, lead teams, and achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ensure adherence to local insurance regulations, financial services laws, investment guidelines, and anti-money laundering requirements.
