Key Responsibilities
- Define and design the overall business architecture for UAE, including market strategy and business framework.
- Build, expand, and manage the local ecosystem and ensure strong governance and performance tracking.
- Drive key account development, including enterprise customers and governmental entities.
- Lead business planning, pipeline development, and reviews to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Guide and coordinate technical support and marketing teams for effective market execution.
- Maintain strong market intelligence and identify opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- Arabic native speaker with fluent English.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in software, IT, or engineering-related industries.
- Strong network and proven experience with local channels and key accounts in UAE.
- Experience in CAD, CAx, or engineering software is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build market strategy and manage complex ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and ability to operate independently.
