Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth in Vietnam.
- Lead and manage all aspects of country operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand Fluke’s presence and brand recognition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) for the country, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or country management role, preferably within the electronics or industrial sector.
- Strong background in sales and business development, with a track record of achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of the Vietnamese market dynamics and business culture.
- Ability to manage P&L and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
