Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership or Country Manager role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong background in sales and business development with a track record of achieving aggressive targets.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire large teams.
  • Thorough understanding of the Mauritian market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
