    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all WeWorld Onlus programs and operations within Mozambique.
    • Develop and implement country strategies in alignment with the organisation’s global mission.
    • Oversee project management cycles, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, government authorities, and stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with WeWorld Onlus policies, donor requirements, and local regulations.
    • Represent WeWorld Onlus at national and international forums and coordination meetings.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in project management and leadership roles within the non-profit sector.
    • Demonstrated experience in development cooperation, particularly in African contexts.
    • Strong understanding of issues related to poverty, inequality, and sustainable development.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage diverse teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is highly desirable.
