Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive on-site and remote monitoring visits for assigned clinical trials.
  • Ensure strict adherence to study protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data and source documentation.
  • Manage clinical trial sites, including active participation in site selection, initiation, and close-out processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with investigators, site staff, and the broader study team.
  • Proactively identify and resolve study-related issues to ensure timely data submission and trial progression.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science, nursing, or a related scientific field is required.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), with the ability to perform duties at CRA I, CRA II, or Senior CRA levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively as needed for site monitoring activities.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred due to the location.
