Key Responsibilities
- Own creative direction across social, digital campaigns, content, video, and branding.
- Ensure all work meets agreed creative standards and brand guidelines.
- Lead ideation for key campaigns, content strategies, and new business pitches.
- Guide teams from concept through execution and delivery.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and creative guidance to the team.
- Present ideas and creative rationales to clients confidently.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in creative agencies (digital, social, or integrated).
- Previous experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or Senior Art Director.
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual direction.
- Solid understanding of social platforms, content formats, and digital best practices.
- Experience working with Middle East / GCC clients.
