Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage and collect all outstanding debts from clients, following up on overdue invoices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to invoices and payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers and recommend appropriate credit limits.
- Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable and collection status to senior management.
- Continuously review and improve credit control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a credit control and accounts receivable role.
- A valid UAE Driving License is essential for client visits across the Emirates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
