Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service across voice, chat, and email channels.
- Resolve customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members in a performance-driven contact centre culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savviness and ability to learn new digital systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with the insurance sector and AI tools is an advantage.
- Availability to start on Monday, 3 November 2025 with no leave planned during training.
