Key Responsibilities
- Develop and script customer surveys to collect actionable insights.
- Monitor, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and synchronize data within Power BI dashboards.
- Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations highlighting key findings and trends.
- Conduct outbound calls with senior corporate customers to gather feedback on transactions.
- Identify recurring customer pain points, themes, and trends and share insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, research methodologies, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
