    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage key customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.

    • Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify trends and areas for service enhancement.

    • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in customer experience management or account management, preferably within ad tech or digital media.
    • Strong understanding of advertising platforms, digital marketing, and media buying processes.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and implement strategic solutions.
    • Proactive problem-solver with a strong client-centric mindset and a focus on delivering value.
    • Fluency in English and Korean is highly desirable for this Seoul-based role.
