Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or admin planning roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence speaking to customers.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, multiple stakeholders, and service requests in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly skilled in multitasking, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Excel, task tracking tools, scheduling calendars, and shared documentation systems.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning coordination across departments.
