Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time, high-quality support across multiple channels (phone, live chat, messaging platforms).
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, product details, returns, exchanges, payments, and app navigation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by documenting all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with fulfilment, logistics, and internal teams to resolve escalated cases or complex issues.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and report trends to management to help improve internal processes and overall user experience.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in online CRM and customer support.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week with rotational shifts (9 AM to 6 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM).
  • Must have own visa.
  • Ability to adhere to service standards and meet key performance targets.
