Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
  • Provide accurate information about tent solutions, event structures, and services.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams for updates and follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer records and track all communication.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service updates when required.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support project-related documentation and scheduling.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients for ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service (event/tent industry preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Good computer skills: MS Office, Email, CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
  • Positive and professional personality.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE / KSA (as needed).
