Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations effectively, in both Arabic and English.
- Implement and monitor customer service best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Lead or in a similar supervisory role (2+ years).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
