Customer Service Representative

Global Wave Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Albany, Auckland, New Zealand. This office-based role involves handling customer inquiries and coordinating communication.

This is a full-time, office-based position reporting to the Customer Service Lead. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a responsible work attitude to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via online chat and email, assisting clients with issues and questions.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
• Work closely with the sales team to address daily sales-related matters.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in stock or securities trading is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Thai, Filipino, Korean, Malay or Indian.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong communication and adaptability skills with a responsible work attitude.
• Able to work efficiently with team leaders to meet team objectives.
• Willing to work non-standard New Zealand business hours.
