Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth integration with Viory’s platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving content requirements.
- Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for increased engagement and value.
- Collect client feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer success or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with news media, video content, or broadcast industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer success tools.
