Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new customers to the Wisetack platform.
- Provide ongoing support and training to existing customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve the customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of customer success best practices.
Requirements
