Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all customer success initiatives to drive client satisfaction and retention.

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers on the adoption and utilization of quantum systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a high-tech or quantum computing environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of complex technical products and ability to articulate value propositions.
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
