    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a primary technical contact for key customers, guiding them through the successful adoption and utilization of Fortanix solutions.
    • Provide expert technical advice and support on the Fortanix data security platform, including features, best practices, and integration strategies.
    • Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
    • Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, configuration, optimization, and resolution of complex issues.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for customer teams.
    • Gather valuable customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the platform’s capabilities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
    • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
    • Strong understanding of data security, cryptography, cybersecurity, and cloud environments (hybrid multicloud).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Experience working with enterprise-level software solutions and navigating complex IT infrastructures.
