Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Turkish-speaking customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices and optimal use of MongoDB products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and expansion within your assigned customer base.
  • Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the software or data industry.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple customer accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
