Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Oracle Cloud products and solutions.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions for customers and partners.
- Create high-quality training content, including documentation, guides, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve materials and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with product development and customer success teams to align training with product updates.
- Provide expert guidance and support to ensure optimal customer adoption and satisfaction with Oracle technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, technical training, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and Oracle technologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
- Experience with instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
