Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding MetLife’s insurance products, policies, and services.
- Assist customers with policy updates, claims processing, and general account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company system.
- Educate customers on self-service options and other available resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance or financial sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
