    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
    • Provide accurate information regarding MetLife’s insurance products, policies, and services.
    • Assist customers with policy updates, claims processing, and general account management.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company system.
    • Educate customers on self-service options and other available resources.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance or financial sector.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
