Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer support for RiDiK’s IT solutions and products.
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer operational guidance.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns and service requests.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and client feedback accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within IT services.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with banking, wealth management, or e-commerce IT solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
