Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients on cybersecurity talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific technical and cultural requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on cybersecurity or IT roles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven, and international environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
