Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and objective assessments of damages and losses across various claim types.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports, including findings, valuations, and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with legal, accounting, and insurance teams to ensure efficient claim processing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and relevant parties regarding assessment outcomes.
- Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in damage assessment.
- Provide expert consultation and potentially testimony in dispute resolution cases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Damage Expert, Claims Adjuster, or similar role.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using relevant assessment tools, software, and reporting methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of local and international regulations pertaining to claims and damages.
