Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the IT services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Expertise in SQL and experience with other programming languages (Python, R) for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
