Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses of large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies for optimizing statistical efficiency.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (Mid-Senior level, 5+ years).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
