Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear reports and data visualizations.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable intelligence.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all analytical projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role (5+ years preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, and advanced Excel skills.
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and database management.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present complex data to diverse audiences.
