Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights related to O2O (Online-to-Offline) services.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define data requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing user experience and business operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization across various business functions.
- Present findings and insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a tech or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
