Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets from TikTok LIVE operations to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to inform data-driven decisions.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior and content performance.
- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate new features and initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a tech or entertainment company.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.

- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
