Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to logistics and delivery operations.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualization tools to present key metrics.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to highlight areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with operations, technology, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the implementation of new data collection methodologies and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
