    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies for expanding and optimizing Kärcher’s dealer network.
    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing dealers to drive sales growth and market penetration.
    • Provide comprehensive training and support to dealers on Kärcher products, sales techniques, and market trends.
    • Monitor and analyze dealer performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for dealer initiatives.
    • Ensure dealer compliance with Kärcher’s brand standards, sales policies, and service level agreements.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in dealer management, business development, or a similar sales role within the industrial or consumer goods sector.
    • Strong understanding of distribution channels, sales processes, and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
    • Ability to travel frequently within Norway and potentially internationally to support dealer activities.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth through indirect channels.
    • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
