    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Project Management Office (PMO).
    • Oversee the portfolio of IT and Digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
    • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and project professionals.
    • Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
    • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to senior stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a senior PMO leadership role, such as Deputy Director or Director.
    • Extensive background in Information Technology and Project Management.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of project excellence.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and diverse teams.
